The RES-BESS energy planning tool is online at the project demonstration portal (http://demo.tdm-project.it/demo/). Based on the answers to a few simple questions about the elements contributing to the energy consumption and the possible presence of renewable energy sources (RES-Renewable Energy Sources) in the building, the tool provides recommendations on possible options for sizing a battery storage system (BESS-Battery Energy Storage Systems).
